YFMG
series of automatic laminating machine is designed for the lamination of
pre-glued film or non-glue film and paper. The machine realizes complete
automatization integration of paper feeding, lamination, separation and
temperature control. The electric and pneumatic system is equipped with
programmable control(PLC) and can be operated easily via touch screen. Heating
roll adopts built-in oil heating system. This machine centralizes the features
of high automatization, easy operation, high speed, big pressure and high
precision, and is the first choice with high cost performance for large and
medium-sizeenterprises.

Pre-stack paper feeding system: during lamination, paper sheets can be stacked
well with the machine¡¯s non-stop operation. It¡¯ll improve working efficiency.
2. Man-machine interface system: 7.5" color touch-screen simplifies the
machine operation. Paper size, ovedap length and laminating speed can be input
directly via touch screen. And working status can be checked at any time.
3. Separating system: to separate automatically lam inated paper sheets.
4. Automatic paper stacker: to stack automatically separated paper sheets. It
is equipped with pneumatic patting device. And patting frequency can be set
upon needs.
5. Automatic winder: to wind up laminated paper that needn¡¯t be separated.
6. Film release system and winding system adopt air expansion spindle. And film
tension is adjustable.
